Community Involvement
At LockersMFG, we like to practice a servant-leadership style. This means we lead by serving our employees, customers, and our market. We adopted that servant-leadership style from our founder. Our founder is a follower of Christ, which is where he ultimately derived the servant-leadership style. Through community outreach, Lockers has funded mission trips, community sports, and other similar events to be a light to and to share the gospel of Christ. This is best summarized in 1 Corinthians 15:1-4.
La Limye
In April of 2018, LockersMFG funded a mission trip to Haiti to share the gospel of Christ and help work with the La Limye orphanage. While there, we met with government officials about opening a factory there to help provide jobs for the country that has still not recovered from the 2010 earthquake.
Warehouse 3 High School Basketball Team 2018
Keith Dunham and Drew Schofield worked with these young men to develop their character, as well as to share the Gospel of Christ with them.
This was a great group of young men. They had a winning record and honed their skills as the season progressed. One of the highlights of the season was winning a tough game when only five of our players showed up.

Keith Dunham and Drew Schofield worked with these young men and shared the gospel message. They were a group eager to learn and loved to pay the game!
These guys were a joy to coach. They had a successful season culminating ending with a season-ending victory in which six players showed up for the game, but two had to leave at half-time. Four players held on to the win.

We spent another season coaching some of the same young men, as well as a few great new additions to the team.
It was a fun time coaching these young men and sharing the message of the Gospel. They were fun and always played hard.
LockersMFG strives to be more than an employer or just another local business. Below are some of the ways we can make a difference by supporting community involvement.
The company sponsored and coached two youth basketball teams in early 2018. Young men from all economic strata merged to form one team. Our goal is to speak into their growth as men and children of God ( John 1:12). We host year-round events that these young men can attend and bring their friends.
The company started, and 100% funds a non-denominational church in our warehouse, and we names it “Warehouse3”. All church staff is bi-vocational and draws no salary from offerings. It has warehouse in its name because the physical location is inside one of our warehouses. “3” is in the name for 1st Corinthians 15:1-4 ( Faith in “3” points is how we access Grace. 1. Jesus died for our sins, 2. Jesus was buried, 3. Jesus rose again.) We are also working with a church startup in Rossville, TN and have helped church planters in the Dallas, TX and Denver, CO areas.
